Creating a Shared Vision

This 1-hour micro course is an introduction into the concept of creating a “Shared Vision” for your organization, school and/or classroom. Shared Vision is driven by our collective values and beliefs. It’s a powerful way to begin any change process; to ensure everyone has a voice and we agree where we are heading. It needs to be easy to understand and measurable. It is also re-evaluated on a regular timeline to do a ‘check and adjust’ on how well we are able to follow what we said we were going to do. A Shared Vision is key for any classroom or even large organization. When the crowd is moving together in the same direction, anything is possible!
What is Competency-Based Education?
This 1-hour micro course is an introduction into Competency-based Education. This micro course will walk you through the basics of CBE, including what is CBE, what are the beliefs around learning, and how is CBE different from traditional education. There are a variety of interactive tools to help with this, along with downloadable tools and templates to help jumpstart the process and save you time.

approaches. Our mindset has a big impact on how we approach our work and personal lives. It can also influence how we handle change and difficult situations. In this course you will learn and practice growth mindset techniques and receive tools and resources to practice and retain in 4 easy units. You are welcome to adapt it to your unique classroom environment.
